Store Policy

Order Processing

  • All apparel is made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

  • Custom orders may require additional time, depending on design complexity and quantity.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You’ll receive a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Payment

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • All sales are listed in USD.

Shipping

  • We ship within the U.S. using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Crafted Wright Designs is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Local Pickup 

  • With local pickup, you’ll be contacted when your order is ready with pickup instructions and hours.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If there is a defect or mistake with your order (wrong item, size, or misprint), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for replacement.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

  • After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Custom Orders

  • Custom designs are welcome! Once approved, custom designs cannot be changed or refunded.

  • We may use photos of custom orders in our portfolio or on social media unless requested otherwise.

Wholesale Inquiry Policy

Eligibility

  • We welcome wholesale inquiries from boutiques, retail stores, event organizers, and businesses looking to stock or distribute our products.

  • To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must:

  • - Be a registered business with a valid resale license or tax ID (if applicable in your state).

  • - Meet our minimum order requirements.

Minimum Order

  • Our minimum wholesale order is 24 pieces per design or a $200 minimum.

  • Styles and sizes can be mixed to meet the minimum.

Pricing & Payment

  • Wholesale pricing will be provided upon approval of your inquiry.

  • Full payment is due before production begins.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

Customization

  • We offer custom printing for wholesale clients (e.g., branded apparel, co-branded collections).

  • Design setup fees may apply for custom orders.

  • Turnaround time depends on order volume and design approval.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard production time is 7–14 business days after payment and artwork approval.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination.

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or the carrier of your choice.

  • Local pickup may be available upon request.

Returns & Cancellations

  • All wholesale sales are final.

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment.

  • Defective items or misprints will be replaced if reported within 5 days of delivery.
