1. Products & Custom Orders

All products are handmade or custom-printed and may have slight variations. For custom orders, we will provide digital proofs when requested. Once approved, changes cannot be made. Turnaround time will be discussed at the time of ordering.

2. Payment

Payment is due in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on order size and location. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. Crafted Wright Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error. If there's an issue, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on our site are the property of Crafted Wright Designs and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.

6. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms and eligibility verification. Please contact us directly for a wholesale inquiry at craftedwrightdesigns@gmail.com.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell your information.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin, and cancellations will not be accepted.

9. Liability

Crafted Wright Designs is not liable for any damages that result from the use or misuse of our products. Please follow care instructions provided with your apparel.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Tennessee.
